Love it...but

I have had this kettle for over 2 years. Frankly, I love, but this is the 4th kettle I have bought, and the 4th time the infuser came apart within the first year. I cannot keep buying new kettles for the infuser. Sounds ridiculous, maybe, but I wore out 3 Bella high end ceramic kettles and a cuisinart kettle. Tea, hot brewed, is the only caffeine or hot drink I care for, in the winter I might drink an entire pot.
My point, I love having a "tea" kettle that boils and infuses my tea! If I do not drink it all, I can heat again without microwave, which to me, ruins the taste.
I import tea from China, (yes one of those people) and Scotland because I like loose leaf, and frankly good tea.
However, with arthritis and neuropathy, "tea pots" do not survive my handling. This tea kettle has good handle, I am not transferring boiling water from to a "tea pot", it simply works all the way around!

How do I get a replacement infuser?

That is my reason for a 4.
