Shipping Policy
1. How long will it take before I receive my order?
The time it takes to receive your order is dependent on 2 main factors: The shipping address and custom clearance. Please note that we do our best to make sure you receive your order timely. Once your order is placed, the package will arrive within 3 to 10 business days.
2. Shipping Method
We have good cooperation with FedEx/DHL and other logistics companies. Time in transit varies depending on where you are located.
3. Order Fulfillment Period
The average processing time is 1-3 working days. However, the varies depending on whether your item is currently stocked.
4. How do you calculate shipping costs?
The shipping costs for all other items will be calculated based on the item weight and the shipping method you choose. Below is estimated shipping costs information.

We can ship to these countries: United States/United Kingdom/Germany/Italy/France/Spain/Canada/Japan, shipping costs in other countries are basically the same as in the United States.
5. I ordered more than one item. Will they all be shipped at the same time?
We try to make sure all your items are shipped at the same time. Sometimes, it is hard to do it due to different possibilities such as the stocks, the location, the external environment. Once the item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.
6. Can I change the delivery address after the order has been shipped?
We currently cannot change the shipment when your order is shipping. If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Support within 30 days. We are love to help you.
7. Which country do you ship to?
We currently ship to the United States of America. More countries are coming soon. Canada, United Kingdom, France, Spain, Italy.
