1. Privacy

8. Gift, Promo and Offer Codes
From time to time, AICOOK may offer qualified consumers “gift codes” or “offer codes” through a variety of promotional activities and communications (collectively referred to herein as “offer codes”) that are redeemable towards a purchase on aicook. cc, while supplies last, and subject to certain merchandise exclusions or any other restrictions as may be determined and communicated by AICOOK in its sole discretion. Only valid offer codes provided or promoted by AICOOK will be honored at checkout. Codes supplied or promoted by third parties unauthorized by AICOOK (including any unauthorized third party websites) will not be considered valid. AICOOK is not responsible for lost, stolen or corrupted codes or any unauthorized use of codes. Offer codes cannot be redeemed for cash or any cash equivalent; no substitutions or credits are allowed. The dollar value of any offer code will not be refunded or credited back if any or all of the merchandise is returned. Expiry dates may apply to each offer code. Offer codes are void if copied, transferred, sold, exchanged or expired, and where prohibited. Requests not complying with all offer code requirements will not be honored.

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. AICOOK makes no representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any contents of the Site. Similarly, AICOOK makes no representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any data from a third-party service provider or the quality or nature of third-party products or services obtained through the Services. 

You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. The service and all products and services delivered to you through the service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided 'as is' and 'as available for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.

You are solely responsible for the proper and safe washing, handling, preparation, storage, cooking, use and consumption of food. The cooking instructions and directions provided by AICOOK are offered as a guideline only. Use your best judgment and proper discretion when preparing or consuming any food. Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness, and such consumption is to be done at your discretion. We expressly disclaim responsibility for any adverse effect that may result from your use or application of information provided through the services.

AICOOK reserves the right to do any of the following, at any time, without notice: (1) to modify, suspend or terminate operation of or access to the Site, or any portion of the Site, for any reason; (2) to modify or change the Site, or any portion of the Site, and any applicable policies or terms; (3) to interrupt the operation of the Site, or any portion of the Site, as necessary to perform routine or non-routine maintenance, error correction, or other changes.
