I bought the juicer as an entry-level juiced. The price was very reasonable, and it had decent reviews. I’ve had mine for about 18 months. I would say that it is a decent juicer, however, mine broke as I was pushing a regula carrot through the masticator. I feel like the plastic that interlocks the masticating mechanism into the motor could be stronger. I used this juicer for over a year. It did great with celery, lemon, apples, even small, nubs of ginger, but I always used baby carrots when juicing carrots. This last time when it broke, I was using a full-size carrot and it was just too much. It took too much pressure to push the car and broke the mechanism where it attaches to the motor.
The juicer works fine but the filter is not working so we have to stop and clean out during celery juicing. Hope this can get fixed.
How do all these bad reviews have 5 stars?
My juicer broke within 6 months and I have emailed them multiple times regarding this issue. I emailed them at the email they provide in this website and they don’t respond. Yet it says 24/7 customer support. What a fraud!
My husband was making us delicious drinks with this machine. Then we got out of the habit for a little bit. Tried to start back up but now it won't work. We don't understand why. And we can not find any kind of technical support online. Very frustrating.
